CourtSense helps volleyball players, coaches, and league directors run teams, leagues, and pickup games. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your account name and email address.
- Your cell number, only if you choose to give it to us.
- Volleyball ratings and game results from the leagues, tournaments, and pickup games you play in.
- Roster information entered by coaches and league directors for the programs they run.
What we do not collect
We do not collect health or medical information of any kind.
How we use it
We use your information to run the teams, leagues, and pickup games you are part of, and to send you the notifications you have chosen to receive. That is it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we never will.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers for email delivery, text message delivery, hosting, and our database. They receive only what they need to run CourtSense for you, and only for that purpose.
Text messaging
We collect your mobile number only when you opt in to CourtSense text alerts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Minors and high school programs
High school player information is entered by school coaches for their school programs. Text alerts are only for players 18 or older, and high school accounts never receive texts.
Updating or deleting your information
You can change most of your details on your profile page. To correct anything else, or to ask us to delete your information, email hello@courtsense.app and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
